On Monday, October 28th at 11:00am, National Council of Jewish Women is thrilled to be joining the Poor People’s Campaign on the steps of the U.S. Capitol for Moral Monday: A Season of Prayer and Action. This final Moral Monday takes place exactly one week before the general federal election, and is the final push to engage 15,000,000 low-income voters in the democratic process.

A diverse coalition of clergy and faith leaders, including NCJW’s CEO, Sheila Katz, and Bishop William J. Barber II, will gather on the steps of the Capitol for the final vigil and press conference to put prayers into action for democracy, justice, voting rights, and to conduct the presidential campaigns in a manner rooted in truth, love, and equity.

We hope you will join us in person at the U.S. Capitol.
