Leadership Journey to Israel. NCJW

WHEN

November 2, 2025 - Nov 6, 2025

WHERE

Israel

Experience the transformative power of being on the ground in Israel with NCJW.

This November, join NCJW for a transformative leadership journey, experiencing Israel through a feminist lens. Grounded in our commitment to justice and equity, and featuring unique insights from NCJW’s field-building work on the ground, this experience will focus on Israel’s road ahead — recovery and rebuilding  — while deepening relationships with our partners shaping the future.

Based in Tel Aviv, with travel to the south and time in Jerusalem, we will meet with courageous Jewish and Palestinian leaders of Israeli civil society, bear witness to the impact of October 7, hear from survivors, and engage in meaningful cultural experiences. Participants will leave this immersive experience with a deeper understanding of the complexity of this moment, an appreciation for the resilience and strength of the Israeli people, and the knowledge that they are part of an essential and dedicated organization that continues to serve as a champion everywhere for the benefit of women, children, and families.

This immersive experience offers the opportunity to:

  • Connect with NCJW’s extraordinary Israeli partners and changemakers
  • Deepen your understanding of this moment in Israel’s history
  • Witness the courage and creativity of those fighting for justice
  • Strengthen your leadership through new perspectives, tools, and insights
  • Root yourself more deeply in NCJW’s mission, Jewish learning, and our work in Israel through shared experience, purpose, and solidarity

Return transformed — with deeper understanding, strengthened leadership capacity, and renewed commitment to advancing the well-being of women, children, and families in Israel. Learn more about the itinerary here.
