NCJW Sections have begun to move to a consent agenda model for their board meetings and have found success using this meeting format as it streamlines the board meeting and creates a more effective use of time.

Tip: Many sections gather an hour ahead of their board meeting for a social hour to ensure time for relationship building and socializing.
