Visionary Leadership Award 2020: Eileen Jacobowitz

Eileen Jacobowitz, NCJW Sacramento Section

Eileen has been a member of the Sacramento Section since 2016. As an organizational development consultant for public and non-profit organizations, Eileen has lent her professional expertise to bring the Section to new heights in leadership development, governance, and sustainability. Last year, Eileen designed and lead a successful leadership development program through which the Section gained an infusion of new board members, new energy, and new ideas. She spearheaded a successful on-line donation fundraising campaign and has been instrumental in improving Board functioning through her meeting design and facilitation skills. Eileen lives in Sacramento with her husband, Eric, and is the proud mom of two college-aged daughters.
