Registration

All registration options include materials, workshops, plenaries, snacks, and meals. See retreat schedule for more information. All times are Central Time. You can register for the following options:

Full Registration, includes cost of hotel room (Leadership Retreat organizers will coordinate your hotel registration. On the registration form there is a space to request a specific roommate).

  • Single (Friday – Sunday) $725
  • Double (Friday – Sunday) $575
  • No Hotel (Friday – Sunday) $325

Day Registration, hotel not included

  • Friday Day 2:00pm-6:30pm (free) 
  • Friday Shabbat Dinner Plenary with Yavilah McCoy  7:00pm-9:00pm ($75) 
  • Saturday, does not include Dinner Program 7:30am-5:30pm ($125) 
  • Saturday, includes Mother 2 Mother Dinner Program and Havdalah 7:30am-9:15pm ($175) 
  • Saturday Mother 2 Mother  Dinner Program and Havdalah Only 6:30pm-9:15pm ($75) 
  • Sunday 7:30am-1:30pm ($125) 

After you have submitted the registration form you will receive an email acknowledgement indicating the form is being processed.  Once it is processed, you will receive a final confirmation.

Section subsidies will be processed after Leadership Retreat and a check will be mailed back to the section.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received up to April 15 will be fully refunded less a $25.00  processing fee.  After that date refunds will be 80% refundable less a $25 processing fee.  All refunds will be processed after the Retreat.
