The COVID-19 pandemic is having a huge impact on voting rights, with states moving their primaries and advocacy efforts across the country focused on expanded ways to vote to ensure both fair and safe elections.
As many as 12 states could hold their primaries on June 2, and the national election on November 3 moves closer each day.
This means the time is now for federal lawmakers to consider funding state efforts so that no one has to choose between their health and their democracy.
